QUICK CONTROL® - Vessel Inspection Plug. Ultrasonic access plug

Fitting instructions for our inspection plug QUICK CONTROL® 5''

• Cut a 128 mm dia. hole in the sheet metal
• Cut the insulation out using a cutter
• Take the O'ring and the Perbunan Joint; place them in the hole; take the hydraulic pump with the corresponding crimping head (5'' in this instance)
• Pump approximately 7 times or until you feel a slight resistance: then unscrew the bolt so as to reduce pressure in order to remove the pump
• Optional (depending on the temperature): place an adequate insulation bag (which can be manufactured by our workshops) to replace the insulation removed (see point 2)
• Insert the green silicone plug with the chain attached so as to prevent loss
